This class will explore a variety of subjects all based around the idea of improving an officer’s ability to successfully restrain a subject for arrest as well as survive attack. This will be a hands on class in which each officer will be paired up and practice as well as be at the receiving end of technique. These are tried and tested techniques that are effective for officers of all sizes and abilities. Some of the areas we will work on are: Using the attacker's energy, Defenses against grabs, Defenses against punches and kicks, Weapons retention in the holster, Nontraditional stun strikes.

Force Options Course Enrollment & Payment Policy

Full payment is required to hold your seat in a class. Unexpected family emergencies (Deaths, illness, births, etc.) are the only reasons to drop out from a class without penalty. Within thirty days of the class start date there is no refund except as mentioned. Other cancellations are credited towards a future Force Options class and will be handled on a case by case basis. Special Consideration will be taken for deploying military & law enforcement. Force Options presents courses designed for defensive and tactical training. In order to allow you to get the most realistic training possible, our standing policy is NO COMPETITION WEAPONS OR GEAR. Pistol triggers MUST be at least 3.5 lbs with a recommended 5 lbs. Triggers will be tested prior to class. All participants must provide a COMPLETE training application. These applications are good for a period of one year.
