Deputy Dallas Killian is currently employed with the Pike County Sheriff’s Office his duties include, Department Firearms Instructor (Rifle, Pistol and Shotgun), Department armorer, SRT Team Member, SRT Team Sniper and Road Patrol Deputy. As an Operator on the Pike County SRT team Deputy Killian has real world experience and training in Hostage Rescue, High Risk Warrant Service, Barricaded Subject operations, Less lethal/distraction device deployment, Mechanical breaching, LE Sniper deployment/reconnaissance/surveillance missions, vehicle assault, bus assault and active shooter training. Prior to employment with Pike County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Killian worked for Petersburg Police Department as a patrolman and prior to PPD worked for Wabash Valley community corrections as a Correction Officer while attending college at Vincennes University studying Conservation Law Enforcement. For the last year Deputy Killian has studied Kyusho Jitsu and Ryu-Kyu-Kempo under Mr. Jim Corn. The following list is some of Deputy Killian’s achievements:
