Kyusho Tactical Application Course

This is one of the most thorough and effective courses in existence designed to prepare people to effectively defend their lives. Force Options in partnership with Kyusho International has designed this course to teach the average citizen how to effectively defend themselves in three major categories. First is open hand defense and protection. In this section of the course, we will teach you swift, simple and effective techniques designed to stop an aggressor in their tracks. The second portion of the course will cover the effective use of a defensive knife in order to protect your life or that of a loved one. The third section will cover the effective use of a handgun as a tool of personal protection. This is an intensive course and will include participation in a shoot house as well as a open hand training simulator.

Private Home Invasion Defense Course

This program has been designed to meet the needs of people that are determined to stop any attempted invasion. This is a private course and you will work one on one with the instructor.

The course will cover:

• Tactical handgun / shotgun in the home setting.
• Tactical movement
• Low light training
• How to safely retrieve loved ones in the home and move to safe area.

The course will culminate with the student taking part in a mock home invasion. Using modified simunition type weapons, you will engage an assailant if need be and safely move your family to a safe room. The intense nature of this course makes it unique in the world. Personal Protection Classes

The following classes are designed for civilians to teach fundamental and effective self-defense techniques. These are intensive and effective classes that can provide you with the skills to effectively defend yourself in many situations. All classes are hands on and you will get to practice the techniques as well as feel them first hand.

Air Travelers Self-defense

By request Force Options has developed a class to respond to an increasing desire by air travelers to learn self-defense techniques. This class will focus on self-defense as it applies to the aircraft setting. It is an unfortunate fact that many people feel compelled to prepare themselves to physically confront an attacker on-board an aircraft. A common thought is that “If someone starts a problem, I am going to do something about it!” Our goal with this class is to actually teach people what to do in the event that something goes horribly wrong onboard an in flight aircraft. This will be a complete class that will address a wide variety of topics. This is also a hands on class where you will actually practice the techniques taught in an aircraft-sized area. Everything taught is simple and most importantly, extremely effective. Some of the topics to be examined are:

• Use of improvised weapons
• Escapes from grabs
• Disabling strikes
• Restraining techniques
• Weapon defenses
• Organizing fellow passengers
• Breath control / Stress management

Women's Self Defense

A woman's self defense mind set can be developed through proper instruction and mental conditioning. In today's society, where one in four women will be a victim of a attempted or completed sexual assault, rape, date rape, mugging, assault or attack in their life time, one in three in college. Our information and self defense program provides training that is essential for every woman. Don't live in fear of being assaulted, grabbed, squeezed, thrown down or mugged and especially Don't be a victim, educate your self and your loved ones.

Mother/Daughter Self-defense

This class is set in the same format as the Women's Self-defense class, but it has been tailored to mothers and daughters coming to class together. There is no greater gift a mother can provide to her daughter than the skills to defend themselves. This is a fun class and is more special because you get to share it with a loved one.

Urban Survival

This class offers the same fundamental format as other self-defense classes we offer, but it has a much harder edge. This class will touch on a great deal more than a regular class and is designed for those men and women who may already have either a psychological or physical need for more than the standard class. In addition to the regular curriculum, this class will work on gun defenses, knife defenses, advanced take downs as well as use of weapons as tools of defense. A FANTASTIC CLASS!
